Goals 
This Follow-up training in “Academic Leadership” has been designed for professionals who have been a participant in previous courses in Academic Leadership, in Upcoming Academic Leadership or in Management Skills.
The contents of this program is intended to be an edition on your fundamental leadership skills and they will deepen and increase your professional leadership qualities. You can follow the full program of four days as well as separate days.

Procedure
The procedure we use are similar to the courses in Academic Leadership. The trainers will explain the theory plenary, limited to the minimum needed. They give you practical tools to deal with the used methodology. The participants will practice a lot, with the aid of a professional actor. You’ll contribute your own cases and the actor will practice this case with you in a natural way. You will receive useful feedback on the perceived behaviour.
Because this course is with an open registration, despite of an in-company course, the participants will come from different organisations. Therefor the case histories can be diverse, which can lead to an extra exchange and magnify of teachable moments and experiences.
